DEFINITELY believe the reviews I turned in my application June 9th 2022 I provided all documents as well as my security deposit and application fee Elvia sat down and went through my application with me Two weeks then past I hadnt heard anything I called to check the status I was told the leasing agent Elvia was out on vacation and she would be back Tuesday Called Tuesday was told again she was out on vacation and she would be back Thursday Asked if my application had even been started for processing the lady was very rude rushing me off the phone stating that She will check she hadnt even ask for my information Called back Thursday Elvia is finally back but no one knows anything at this point my application hasnt even been ran and it is now June 25TH I went there today to collect my money back because I am no longer interested in this property and of course no one was there They just take your money and hold it They dont communicate They tell you processing takes 710 working days after youve called everyday The staff is very rude and unprofessional and clearly none of them knows what theyre doing Save your money and take it elsewhere If you have this much trouble getting into a place your definitely going to have trouble once your in it They need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau more ... hide ...
