I see all the negative reviews and honestly cant relate to them Ive lived here nearly 2 years and Im moving soon only due to a life change Im honestly heartbroken to have to leavennLet me list some of the MANY reasons Ive adored living here so hopefully itll help you as you looknnGreat location Aldi Sams Club Walmart Target are all within 2 minutes As are many restaurants mechanic places and morenVery reasonably priced Peoples jaws drop when they hear how much rent is Its below average for a far above average locationaccommodationnSuper bright and spacious units My unit is a 1 bedroom but I once slept 7 people in here for 3 nights comfortably Each area is very spacious with lots of natural light as well as 2 balconies and outdoor storage Also there are washerdryer hookups in the unitsnI feel very safe Ive lived here as a young single woman which can be a bit scary in apartment complexes as you never know who will be living next door However Ive never once felt unsafe or at risk My neighbors are beyond kind and as they put it the only time you see any emergency vehicle around is for a medical emergencynGreat communication Office is great about putting notes on our doors for important notices They are quick to respond to voicemails emails phone calls etcThis has steadily improved the longer Ive been herenEverything is clean and wellmanaged This ties into the previous point but there are ALWAYS maintenance people around making sure the grounds are clean They also frequently put notes on doors to enforce when rules are broken and are quick to manage those issuesnWalls are surprisingly sound proof Unless someone is intentionally banging on your shared wall you wont hear them at all I live on the top floor so cant speak to above noisenLOTS of parking spacennMy ONLY con is not even an issue with the complex itselfnthe local post officemail service is awful I highly suggest you opt for the email mail notifications as the carriers have frequently not delivered things This way you can call and show them what youre missing Ive never had an issue with AmazonFedExUPSEtc JUST the USPSnnI do hope this helps someone Thanks Clay Terrace for being my favorite place Ive lived so farnnEDIT are there any discounts for leaving a good reviews more ... hide ...

It dont get no better the property manager shes nice inconsiderate she cares about the people that live there and their needs and shes very helpful when you need her and she cares about her safety yall couldnt find nobody else better than her shes the best

A great place to live Everyone there is family A lot of support from the community And its only a mile to the VAn For those little accidents that happen
