I have been a resident for almost two years My fiance has resided here with me for about a year At the time of me getting in I was appreciative and wouldnt even be saying posting these things if it wasnt for my self and family and feature residentsfamilys but off top she filled out 34 of my paperwork to make sure I qualified to help fill all the empty unit 2018-01-07T21:34:25Z
I have been a resident for almost two years My fiance has resided here with me for about a year At the time of me getting in I was appreciative and wouldnt even be saying posting these things if it wasnt for my self and family and feature residentsfamilys but off top she filled out 34 of my paperwork to make sure I qualified to help fill all the empty units at the timesince then I have been falsly accused with supposedly hand written statements that I was in the hallway and shot at my fiance there is still a bullet holes in the steps but when asked for paper work there was none to be found or presented I had received a leave violation termination papers for that my first few months When me my fiance and my 8 year old son was in the apartment I was the only one awake around midnight I looked out my people and seen a man try to shovel woman downstairs she cut herself came back up and he shot her head Ran back to where my son and fiance was sleeping through my son off the couch on top of her ran back to the door to see if there was going to be another shot was going to be fired cuz I was going to attempt to take the gun from him to protect my family Thats the first incident more ... hide ...

I had an elderly relative living in Golden Oaks for 2 years In the beginning it was friendly with lots of activities Most thanks goes to a Director named Theresa Apparently she left and since that time there has been nothing for the seniors to do No special program lack of coordination and poor communication It is really a shame as Golden Oaks has potentia 2014-09-10T14:33:17Z

Horrible place to live not children safe the staff is rude and horrible bad environment My first 6 months here was terrible my kids was to scared to sleep in their rooms and to scared to go outside due to people shooting my kids was outside twice caught in gun violence and once in their room sleeping bullets came through their room and woke them up and every 2019-02-20T08:04:35Z
Horrible place to live not children safe the staff is rude and horrible bad environment My first 6 months here was terrible my kids was to scared to sleep in their rooms and to scared to go outside due to people shooting my kids was outside twice caught in gun violence and once in their room sleeping bullets came through their room and woke them up and everything no they wasnt hurt or hit but it was a terrible feeling to know your kids cant even be safe outside or inside your own home I wouldnt recommend these apartments to nobody And the manager took her time to do anything and went off of he say she say stuff around the apartment complex and the cameras was shut off the whole time so yea dont recommend it especially if you have kids more ... hide ...
