Do NOT MOVE here PLEASEnThe woman in the front office ALWAYS has an attitude They are very rude and never fix any problems MAINTENANCE is a JOKE You can call 30x and he wont come fix your problem and when he finally does hes complaining like his job isnt to be a maintenance mannThey dont care about the crime over here There are so many BUGS in these units a 2019-06-07T19:00:17Z

Columbus Park has roaches not only in apartments but in trash collection areas inside the building these elderly people are in a bad place and are being taken advantage of Now they are bringing in construction crews and subjecting the elderly to a high risk of coming into contact with covid

HUGE rave to Valencia at the office I wish I knew her last name We have been experiencing ongoing floods in our apartment due to a collapsed pipe recently discovered She has been going above and beyond to make sure that my son and I are well taken care of She has remained in contact with us daily and made sure that Im aware of any updates on the matter She is very professional and has wonderful customer service skills This is also a reflection of how Cloverleaf Apartments are being run currently I know they all have jumped in at different times employment wise and together they have turned this complex in the right direction We are grateful to live in a complex where all staff including security guards work their behinds off to make sure tenants are not only safe but satisfied We appreciate you Valencia for all you do And we also appreciate Lorri and every single staff member This place has came a long way and they COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT VALENCIA OR LORRI more ... hide ...
