I just recently moved my mother and her friend into these apartments I love the fact that you have to have a code to get into the building I dont have to worry about them getting robbed or their place getting broken into They also provide a handy man to fix things around the apartment so thats a plus for me My mother got to keep her small dog too which was 2018-08-05T13:44:03Z

They do not care about their tenants one apt has black mold in one bathroom with other bathroom water damage from the apt above its been over a year and still no repairs made and they constantly harass over rent that has been paid

The management is literally NEVER there I dont know how they rent any of the apartments there without management
