I have lived here for almost 8 months When I first moved in I asked about how the inspections worked and they said they come in every 3 months and give you notice before hand Well they have been in every single month and sometimes twice a month under the pretense that they are checking the furnace filter or spray day where someone just looks in your kitchen

I have lived here for almost 8 months When I first moved in I asked about how the inspections worked and they said they come in every 3 months and give you notice before hand Well they have been in every single month and sometimes twice a month under the pretense that they are checking the furnace filter or spray day where someone just looks in your kitchen cabinets and when they come in for these things they also say that while theyre in here they will be checking the housekeeping of your apartment which is detailed in great length in your monthly news letters People should be made aware upfront about their actual intentions to invade your privacy on a monthly basis when you move in It is also true that you can be evicted for just about anything under the sun We got a news letter a few months ago stating that if anyone was caught being rude to the rentacop that patrols the property that they would be evicted I know this place if funded by the government but I believe the government also supports my right to free speach as long and youre not resisting or endangering an officer Another thing people may not know about living here is that you are required to complete community service if you work less than 32 hours per week That goes for any adult in the home So if you are two parents and you are each working to the best of your abilities but not what is considered full time you also have to do community service like you are a criminal and if you dont well then of course you can be evicted I would just think twice about living in government housing before you come here because you really are giving up so many rights when you sign that lease and all because something happened in your life that required you to seek a little bit of help justfoodforthought

They are racist if I ever seen Kelly in management harass people about vehicles if you cant afford to get tags dont move here because if you are black shell tow your car fast as you can say when She claims it is not harassment yet I know for a fact she has let some white tenants with expired tags continue to park on the property One lady has had expired tags a whole year but nope Kelly didnt catch her Then Kelly goes beyond her job when you have plates that are not expired but on your car she goes to the police to have them ran so I hope you dont have any warrants because I dont put it pass her to try and get you arrested Oh yea and since I been here not on section 8 rent paid on time every month these racists idiots have yet to spray my apartment do inspections or anything but can unlock my door knowing that Im home seeing as both my cars are parked in the drive way to give me a letter here is my problem any other time they put letters on my car or send a formal letter but entering my home for anything other than their job has me bothered Yet when I go to report about an incident about a young white child trying to light stuff on fire Kelly claims he has issues he needs to work on while in the same sentence tell me he has started fires before All of the complex kids parents have been instructing their kids not be around that bad seed The same kid also like riding his bike in front of moving cars and he enjoys stopping his bike to see if hell get hit Yet thats not a problem for Kelly she is only worried if your black with the same plates on your cars so that she can cost you 185 dollars and get your car towed to Kansas scrap yard not a tow lot I repeat a scrap yardSo before you move here think do I want to deal with this kind of pettiness from a bitter woman who sits in the office trying to figure how to make you spend more money god forbid you have a flat tire and before you can get change they claim it is inoperable even though they seen you drive the car yep thats right Kelly puts a tow letter on your car Kelly also put tow letters on your car before your temps are even expired yea my temp was out on 614 2018 she put a letter on it on the 6122018 and the letter was dated for 6152018 Kelly also claims she tows other cars yet I havent seen the tow truck once Also she gets to her job hours before her scheduled time write down vin numbers take pictures of your car so it can be towed but if you confront Kelly shell lie in your face and Kelly just in case you forget who Im talking about will stay as late as 6 o clock to catch you going in the house so she can call the tow truck Even though Kelly has said once the office is closed you can park your improperly tag car on the property Moral of the story Kelly will with all her might try to find away to harass you and if she cant do that Kelly will stress you out because Kelly has no life yet her tags are expired she parks in the back of the office building nowOh and for that firebug kid she doesnt talk to his parents she talks to him and if you like older movies here is one for you The Good Son Kelly excuse is he has adhd the overly used medical diagnosis for kids who need to be spanked Oh did I tell On the 4th of July he tried to steal a half full can of lighter fluid off my patio but you know Kelly if it isnt a car to be towed she cant function The little boy is about 10 maybe 12 ish claims he was going to use it to start his fireworks up When the boy burns down the complex all Kelly will be worried about is those plates on your car not if you die There is a lot of older people who live here and the firebug will eventually kill someone because Im sure multiple people have complained but Kelly just wants to tow your car Think twice beforehand

I live there now and Ive lived there before the only reason I moved out I had to go live with my mom and take care of her and as soon as that was done and mowed the back because the apartment manager knows Im dependable and shes very nice and not only that its just that its clean its wellkept up and its easier to live a peaceful life there
