Wouldnt give them any stars if it was a option Worst place to ever move esp with new management which is horrible disrespectful rude and VERY UNPROFFESIONAL they bother you you always have a note in your door from the office about some bs They have a lot of inspections They go into your home without you being there They even just unlocked my friends door and walked in while she was home without knocking This place is roach infected THROUGHOUT and they try to blame the tentants They then only spray once a month and one time I stayed home while they sprayed they literally walked in the kitchen sprayed one spray in the middle of the kitchen and said ok thank you Theres always plumbing issues currently all black stuff has been coming up my kitchen sink and all they have been able to say is no maintence is in the building this has been going on for two days straight nowwill prob continue throughout the weekend and they still have no answer as to when it will be fixed Its even made my apartment smell They use to have a program where u live here for a year and get your section 8 voucher they lost that program due to the building maintence and well being This place is trash I wouldnt recommend the roaches even move in this trap and they try to charge you for everything When the property or unit you move in wasnt even fixed or clean I still have a ceiling full of spots in my bathroom from the previous renters putting out there cigs They said they would fix it and never did Under my sink border was ripped off they still havent fixed tht either moral of the story DO NOT MOVE HERE Beware more ... hide ...

Just had the chance to tour the Promise Community Homes formally Rainbow Village and was impressed from the time I walked in the door and EVERYONE I met Such caring individuals run the organization and it is clear that their priority is ensuring long fulfilling lives to the many people they serve Every community needs a Promise Community Home
