The residents were very kind Building seemed to be run down on the inside but hallways were somewhat clean Apts are small in size Theres no place to sit outside of your apt which makes it difficult if you have invited guest

My Mom has been a resident for many years under the Supervision of Scott After he left I wouldnt dare go live under such strict management Every time we go to see my Mother in law nothing is the same Going into the building that was just a simple code and my Mom would buzz us in has changed to a more sophisticated system knowing that the elderly residents dont know how to punch in all those codes to allow family or friends in Going down the hallway is darker and doesnt feel like sweet friendly environment that displayed each resident personal touch by hanging beautiful simple reefs on their door They cant have that anymore Management is treating the vulnerable adults and seniors like they are in a boot camp or boarding school Why remove the beautiful flowers a resident planted and plants inside their own window Who does that That lady is going to kill off those residents if they are not allowed to feel safe and comfortable in their own community inside of St Agnes Im very angry to see unwanted changes interrupting the lives of the tenants Independent living should be that It use to be 5 stars Now is 2 due to new management more ... hide ...

My mother law stay in there it is bug infestation in the apartments the building has roaches and bed bugsits also smells when you come in and in the halls the carpets or nasty need to be clean they have pest control to come but they spray chemicals all over the furniture not knowing its causing harm to the tenant my mother in law was getting bitten in therei 2022-05-30T09:31:34Z
