WARNING BEWARE SCAMMERSnnThey let you pay your 50 application fee just so they can make money Im starting to think the property managers dont want to lease to real tenants instead they want to only do airbnbs at the Artlofts So dont waste your time paying the 50 application fee which leads to a 300 reservation fee because they wont call you about your applicationnnI literally see multiple listings on Facebook marketplace saying units are available but when I finally got a hold of Jon or John he couldnt tell me when a unit would become available Instead he tried to get me to go somewhere I wasnt interested in nor inquired about Ely WalkernnAlso I talked to the people at the propertys office and they even kind of warned me about applying They knew business practices wasnt being done correctly and didnt want me to lose out on 300 because I wasnt getting the 50 back They told me dont pay anything else until you head back from someonennJon even sent me photos videos of a unit at ely walker he wanted to switch my attention there so badly why Im a content creator Why would I want to be somewhere with poor lighting The unit he showed me was a nice and spacious 2 bedroom then proceeds to say oh thats not available itll be a 1 bedroom At this point youre trying to get over and throw people into anything I never not once said I would take a 1 bedroom Stop showing whats not actually available and misleading peoplennShiesty Shiesty Shiesty more ... hide ...
