Wish this could be a 5 star but the last year things have gone downhill The space is wonderful and the viewslocation are in a great spot in the city The issues are not with the space but with management Hot water was not working for a full week this month and no updates from management on when it would be fixed Only got fixed when someone in the building pos 2021-11-23T16:57:06Z
Wish this could be a 5 star but the last year things have gone downhill The space is wonderful and the viewslocation are in a great spot in the city The issues are not with the space but with management Hot water was not working for a full week this month and no updates from management on when it would be fixed Only got fixed when someone in the building posted flyers with numbers for health department and Missouri Housing Development Commission They also raise prices of things without explanation Rent went up from last year and recently parking went up from 85month to 125month my guess is because people are moving out quickly Management is never in office as they also have an apartment they manage in downtown It is near impossible to get a hold of management for any issues In the course of living here I will have to email at least 5 times about the same issue and pester them until the issue gets even noticed not resolved If management changed this would be a 5 star review but as a resident that is why people are leaving and you cant fill any of your spaces more ... hide ...
