I absolutely love my loft at The Bogen Great location where i can can easily walk to work near the booming night life and events of downtown St Louis Im also blocks away from two grocery stores great bars and plenty of restaurants With the size of my place the amenities and location for the price that I pay good luck in finding better I always feel safe inside and outside of the property especially with the building being so secured at all times Living downtown in St Louis is no different from any other place youre gonna have some whacks around Just use common sense when out and about but trust me police are always aroundnnI must say Angie and Kim are the Loft Goddesses of downtown St Louis They made evey step of my leasing and moving process a breeze They are so down to earth professional and real You can see and feel the great changes that they are making to better their properties These ladies sealed the deal for me here at The Bogen and I absolutely love them more ... hide ...

The new management is worst than the people before Bed bugs throughout the building and the elevators are always out You will be able to use one and thats itnThe old management was better than the new ones

Horrid Place for Seniors Was once a beautiful place gorgeous inlaid cherry wood bookcases a clean well cared for place Then of course management changed Now it smells bad its dusty Residents with grown sons fresh out of jail are allowed to live amongst the seniors You never know whos lerking around the hallways and other common areas Visitors have begun ste 2016-08-26T18:57:41Z
Horrid Place for Seniors Was once a beautiful place gorgeous inlaid cherry wood bookcases a clean well cared for place Then of course management changed Now it smells bad its dusty Residents with grown sons fresh out of jail are allowed to live amongst the seniors You never know whos lerking around the hallways and other common areas Visitors have begun stealing the decorations and what was once a common kitchen now has master key locks drilled into the top and bottom doors of the refrigerator Security is nonexistant YOu have to drive past Stratford Commons which is a hot bed of crime robbery murders gangs of men lurking around DO NOT RENT from either the Commons or the Manor Its just not safe or a decent place to raise children or for retirees more ... hide ...

Ive been living here for quite some time and its progressively gotten worse We cant seem to keep a Property Manager especially one that cares Im typically a nice person however much of the staff in the office has an attitude and lack customer service skills and professionalism The communication is beyond poor I call to follow up on letters that are waiting for me at the door and no one takes the time to follow up from emailscalls This would not be acceptable in true corporate America There is garbage everywhere They are constantly increasing the rent yet not providing any of the services they claim to provide I truly believe if this were a community of nonblack residents the community and service would be betternnUpdate Its been months later and my maintenance concerns still have not been addressed Now our building is infested with roaches and management is doing absolutely nothing about it There is another tenant in the building who is having issues with her smoke detector and they refuse to do anything about it Tenants callvisit the office and all they do is provide general responses and empty promises instead of actionnnIf you are wise DO NOT MOVE TO NORTH SARAH more ... hide ...
