I called to check on availability of 1bd townhouse I believe she said her name was Pam Provided poor customer service She stated none was available I asked food she know when the next one would becoming available Her response was I dont know it depends on when someone moves out Unless the property doesnt require any type of advance 30 day or more notice prior to vacate I find it very hard to believe that if she had shown any type of interest in helping me she would have been able to answer the question appropriately First impressions is everything Thanks I think I just dodged a headache

Ill write the good and the bad Overall I really liked living there I was there for 2 yearsnGood Right next to the market walking distance from lots of bars and restaurants has a pool and a gym dog friendly has a freight elevator to help move in and move out has a grill to use and gated parking Overall people are friendly and the management is good I heard its just been taken over by someone new so I dont have any reporting on new management The kitchens are nice and there are trash rooms indoors so your not walking forever to get out Its safe in storms in face can almost never hear anything unless on top floor Heard there were issues on 5th floor with that stuff Big pool parties in the summer good and bad nice if your a social bugnnBAD the walls from up and down are SO thin You can hear so much and sometimes its loud depending on your neighbors The gate is great but it gets broken into SOOO much That is the cost of living in the city but this place is targeted for the stealing season and it was a spree only one time the 2 yrs I was there but it was bad Dont leave anything in your car The traffic when the market is open SUCKS The internet BLOWs bc its shared I would recommend getting your own line or you will never be able to use your computer Some of the tenants are very immature and leave trash everywhere They are good with cleaning up but it can be very annoying no fault of management of course The pool is always packed which can be fun but other times annoying bc there isnt enough chairs when you want to just relaxnnMarti Gras they dont tell you this when you move in but they are a police substation So that means you have to have a wrist band to get into the building that day If you do not they wont let you in BS if you ask me Your locked in and they only give you 4 extra wrist bands So this was good and bad Bad bc I had planned things and they didnt tell you this until the week before Marti Gras But good bc you didnt have huge parties from people or vandalism like you see other houses get Like I said walls are thin so you do hear a lotnnIt was fun I really loved living there I moved bc I needed more room They are pricy but you get a lot Washerdryer parking gym pool party room cable water trash internet and the location is the best thingnnHope this helps good luck and have fun
