Below is my original review written in the leasing office on the Managers computer per her request This place is in fact not great nor is the manager delightful or units well maintainednOne year at College Town Apartments was one year too long The interior of the apartments are very sloppy indicative of lazy workmanship in the maintenance of the property Most obvious was the wall paint on the door casings and ceiling We made several requests to maintenance throughout the year with partial or no resolution to the problems provided Bottom line this place is cheap and should be much cheaper to properly reflect the quality of which it is operated Do yourself a favor and move anywhere elsennThis place is great Property manager is delightful and the apartments are well maintained more ... hide ...
