corner apartments have a mold problem maintenancen They will tow your car for being parked in the parking lot on plow day after the lot has been plowedn They will kick you out if you dont come pick up a parking pass even if you dont park in the parking lot because their normal punishment for not having a parking pass towing your car wont work

I lived at Bridger Peaks Village for 6 years The old manager Diane did the best job she could The rules were not followed by tenants and were not enforced The place is filthy and now has an obnoxious manager that complains about pay and no benefits She is rude and doesnt do anything but process rent payments Rent just went up 3500 a month Usually raised rent 2019-09-03T18:58:17Z

The maintenance around here doesnt do anything our oven broke down out of no where and we called the maintenance guy he came over and looked at it but then he said oh I dont have an oven either and walked out He doesnt help with the fire alarms and something is wrong with our front door there is a big crack between the door and wall and he hasnt fixed it in 2020-02-23T23:53:30Z
The maintenance around here doesnt do anything our oven broke down out of no where and we called the maintenance guy he came over and looked at it but then he said oh I dont have an oven either and walked out He doesnt help with the fire alarms and something is wrong with our front door there is a big crack between the door and wall and he hasnt fixed it in like 54 years We freaze at night from that and he didnt fix our heaters so we freeze in the winters and night and they raised the price but there is no good work in the homes here The walls are empty their is empty space in the walls so its very cold and he wouldnt fix our garage door Someone keeps stealing from us out of our garage for years and he wouldnt fix it We write reports for them to fix but they dont come either in months or at all My neighbor had had a problem that she reported 15 years ago and they still havent fixed it I dont recommend living here more ... hide ...
