After living here for 3 years and dealing with multiple management replacements i wouldnt think of moving here Its supposed to be income based but yet they up the rent on you constantly The rules are ridiculous like not being allowed to have storage on your patio when they give you no other option to put it Also ridiculous rules like having to dump water whe

After living here for 3 years and dealing with multiple management replacements i wouldnt think of moving here Its supposed to be income based but yet they up the rent on you constantly The rules are ridiculous like not being allowed to have storage on your patio when they give you no other option to put it Also ridiculous rules like having to dump water wherever your pet pees and not allowing them on the patio Every day there are new notices on the doors Maintenance is also very slow and not of much help Weve been waiting almost a month for a new door that they said they had ordered because a bunch of them were breaking Dont even bother trying to get a hold of the office because they NEVER ANSWER MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE Save yourself the hassle and look to move elsewhere
