If I could give 0 stars I would I lived at Sunridge Pointe Apartments for almost 8 years They go through management like a fast food restaurant goes through minimum wage staff In 8 years weve had two decent Managers The rest were terrible It was not always the managements fault sometimes it was the Company that is hired to manage the Apartments and sometimes it was the owners I believe this property is just utilized as a tax write off They just dont want to put any money into itnOld Appliances are not replaced with new ones when they quit working Air conditioners are not allowed because it would overwhelm the electrical load And air conditioners are a must with most the apartments main windows facing the sun most of the day My apartment would get to 96 degrees during the day and my only defense were fans I had 4 in my living room alonenThe maintenance staff when I left were decent but overwhelmed with work 1 maintenance man for 3 separate apt complexesnThere is a HUGE mold problem that they refuse to address Moisture built up along the interior walls and it was unseen unless furniture was moved Mold under the carpets and especially mold in the bathrooms It was a constant issue The Companys remedy was to paint over it Anyone whos ever dealt with mold in drywall knows that it can only be removed by removing drywallnBut those issues were the least of the problems Tenants were harassed by several apartment managers Especially elderly tenants Paperwork rent reasonable accommodation paperwork complaints were routinely lost Sometimes 2 or 3 times in a row Privacy violations Notices were put on doors with private info and rent receipts left on doors as well Problem tenants were given free reign to harass other tenants with no repercussionsnIn the 8 years I lived there I received no pink slips or notices that I violated any rules and I left in good standing But I had to constantly assert tenant rights prove I paid rent argue disability law with documented proof and many many other thingsnEven when the Manager is decent and professional they still have to fight the Management Company and the OwnersnUnless those are changed this will remain one of the worst apartments I have ever lived in
