Tom Horns review of the Fernwell apartments is on the money I would only add that the rent I was charged 575mo for a very small studio efficiency is not what I consider low income Other tenants told me that rent is raised every September I was not there long enough to find out Also the manager allows druggies to live there Horns description of the manager was too nice And she most definitely is a vindictive person of the worst kind The tenants are gossip hounds and one of the reasons why the manager evicts people on a whim or without reason Heres how it works The gossip hounds make up stories about a tenant The she evicts you without cause ie she makes up an imaginary reason The eviction is given with minimal notice you usually have a week to move out If youre low income you wont have anywhere to go So you stay past the eviction date Meanwhile she already files a law suit against you The lawsuit is full of lies and she makes up a bunch of damages s Because she is so jaded and vindictive she seeks treble damages three times the actual damages in dollars real or imagined Regarding the property manager and her husband they should be run out of Kalispell on a rail I very very strongly recommend you look elsewhere to rent Your life will be terrible at Fernwell Apartments more ... hide ...

pretty expensive for low income apartments rent also goes up regularly its already overpriced to startnThey also do regular inspections where they let you know the day before hand that theyre going to come invade your place and tell you about how horrible of a tenant you are because your kid left their toys out on the floor or drew on the wallnall of the appliances are extremely old 1 maintenance man so it takes 6 months for them to perform any repairs on things that they ownnwere trying to get out but its hard to do when they give places bad reports about you regardless of how hard you try to be friendly with the office manager and maintenance guy I dont know anyone who currently lives here who is not trying to get awaynnPlease stay away for your own goodnIf you must move here make sure you are incredibly thorough with your walkthrough with maintenance if you overlook something thats broken you will be held accountable for paying for it regardless of if it was there when you moved in because you didnt note it on the walkthrough more ... hide ...
