Quality of life was fine but they charged me 150 out of my deposit to paint the walls walls which were NOT DAMAGED when I moved out Its garbage and its a property company abusing their tenants

Property management is nice and friendly they take care of things a wide array of nice different neighbors mixed with a lot I havent met yet Im thankful we can live here and afford to live here Weve been living here for almost 4 years

Worst apartments I have ever lived in I live on the third floor and the people below me smoke inside their apartment as well as right outside the back door Might I add the policy here is you CANNOT smoke within 25 ft of the building which obviously is not enforced at all I have contacted the property management time and time again the smell of cigarette smok 2016-08-01T08:19:22Z
Worst apartments I have ever lived in I live on the third floor and the people below me smoke inside their apartment as well as right outside the back door Might I add the policy here is you CANNOT smoke within 25 ft of the building which obviously is not enforced at all I have contacted the property management time and time again the smell of cigarette smoke coming through my windows AND the vent in my bathroom Which he then calls and leaves me a message back asking to contact him Just do something about it These apartments do not even deserve 1 star they are filth Along with the drug dealers living within them Not only does my downstairs neighbor smoke inside his apartment he has sketchy people driving up to the back side of the apartments all hours of the night Terrible I cannot wait for my lease to be up I do not and will not ever recommend to live in these apartments The walls are paper thin no parking awful people and awful maintenance including the inforcement of rules and restrictions Unfortunate when you do not feel secure or happy in your own home that you pay an arm and a leg for every month more ... hide ...

My grandma lives here I think its a very nice place for seniors Its safe but they still get their independence Its nice to cause they have dinners and activities all the time for them so theyre not getting bored or lonely The apartments themselves are just right to Not to big but not to small so their easy to take care of Outside is well maintained too with 2019-04-07T21:00:01Z
