This places management is simply horrible Tried calling 3 days in a row during business hours to only be answered once on the last time I called The receptionist did not seem like they knew anything about the listings on their website and couldnt even give me a range of prices for some of the apartments saying I need to apply first She then transferred me to 2021-03-23T21:36:43Z
This places management is simply horrible Tried calling 3 days in a row during business hours to only be answered once on the last time I called The receptionist did not seem like they knew anything about the listings on their website and couldnt even give me a range of prices for some of the apartments saying I need to apply first She then transferred me to her manager once she felt like she couldnt do anything for me which was after about 20 seconds so I waited and waited only to end up going to voicemail They dont answer their phones they dont answer simple questions Dont fall for this scam of taking the time to apply not to mention paying the ridiculous application fee I give up more ... hide ...

I really like the building except for the person who lives above me can be a little noisy at times Its just apartment living which Ive never done before Its a nice area the apartment itself is very modern clean I have met some very nice people in the building and Im really happy about living here Im not done making it cute yet but thatll come in time

The apartments looked nice when I went for a quick walk through but some things you dont realize until you move in The first day before I moved in all my things I mopped and wiped down counters and noticed that my cleaning clothes got disgusting The door handle to the front door FELL OFF just dropped to the floor trapping me inside for hours When I called an 2013-05-14T20:55:49Z
The apartments looked nice when I went for a quick walk through but some things you dont realize until you move in The first day before I moved in all my things I mopped and wiped down counters and noticed that my cleaning clothes got disgusting The door handle to the front door FELL OFF just dropped to the floor trapping me inside for hours When I called and said it was an emergency they didnt think it was so I had to fix it myself which is a definite safety issue Its been a week and they still havent come to check it Next I noticed that my washer dryer area smelled like a litter box and shakes so badly that the downstairs neighbors bang on my floor I moved the washer to figure out why it was so loud and I found feces Its like they didnt clean at all before I moved in I told them this and they said it clearly states in the lease that I must notify them the first day before I move my stuff in if I think it hasnt been cleaned properlylike I should expect cat feces under my washer In addition to those major problems there are small ones like the bathroom outlet doesnt work and some of the windows either dont open at all or dont stay open and slam shutnnIt is honestly an okay place to live but make sure to check everywhere and everything before you settle down and agree to live there for a year more ... hide ...

Typically if they refuse to show the the apartments before paying for an application it means they have really horrible housing Any spot that doesnt show a room without taking your money has no pride in their housing

Sorry for saying this but this was pretty scary someone knocked on our door at 3 in the morning
