I just recently renewed my lease with them for the third year I really like the new management and front office workers They are awesome and really helpful Especially Savannah she helped make sure my lease didnt lapse I travel for work and that helps me a lot The maintenance workers that have recently come on have a really great attitude and really do their 2022-03-29T15:11:20Z

My Mother has been there for a year Food is good and her apartment is lovely However my Mother was hoping that enrichment activities would be provided as in crafts and outings The outings and activities are minimal It should be noted that the population at IV is very elderly and perhaps its too hard for them to participate But the willing ones should not 2019-08-18T13:46:47Z
My Mother has been there for a year Food is good and her apartment is lovely However my Mother was hoping that enrichment activities would be provided as in crafts and outings The outings and activities are minimal It should be noted that the population at IV is very elderly and perhaps its too hard for them to participate But the willing ones should not be neglected due to the majority not willing or able to be activenOur biggest complaint by far is the transportation to and from medical appointments which I V sold us on There is one driver for one car and a bus If its the twice a wk grocery store days appointments are out and you can imagine how difficult it is to get a ride with 100 elderly people My Mom is successful maybe one out of 4 tries to schedule a ride It has been very frustrating for myself and my 3 siblings tryong to help from afar If I V cant provide rides they should not advertise it And they should figure out a way to help their residents get to medical appointments like volunteer drivers from churches or something Their attitude is Oh wellgood luck more ... hide ...

Renting here will be your biggest mistake The property manager Nicki will enter your home without notice and will personally remove your property from the home I paid my last months rent 2 months in advance and they claim to have never received it and filed an eviction notice before 30days past due I never received a late notice but even if so i have the phone records indicating i have called multiple times wondering why they havent deposited the check i gave them with the prior months check that they had no problem depositing The apartments are always filthy with trash and waste in the building hallways People randomly pull the fire alarm and even with secured entrance the doors are constantly propped open The property manager lives on sight and killed both of my exotic fish in my home and told me she disposed of them without warning I feel this was a hate crime because there has been no issues until i gave her my 30 day notice DO NOT CONSIDER MOVING HERE more ... hide ...
