I wouldnt recommend these apartments to nobody because all they do is stick notes on your door about anything It sad you cant hang up nothing on your wall play your music or even have company without somebody calling the office talking about excessive noise I didnt know me decorating my apartments was excess noise But yet you got people riding thru the apart 2020-11-04T00:35:28Z

The buildings are at least a century old The architecture is beautiful as is the courtyard The apartments have all been remodeled and updated fairly recently After having lived there for 2 years I really liked my apartment and the location quite a lot Im just glad my apartment was on the 1st floor and not the 4th floor as there are no elevators in these old 2021-05-23T02:10:43Z
The buildings are at least a century old The architecture is beautiful as is the courtyard The apartments have all been remodeled and updated fairly recently After having lived there for 2 years I really liked my apartment and the location quite a lot Im just glad my apartment was on the 1st floor and not the 4th floor as there are no elevators in these old buildings Management there and I didnt see eye to eye and even if I wasnt told that my lease would not be approved for renewal I still would have moved out because the winter months here dont sit well with this southern boy This past winter I walked from my apartment to the garage a short 100 ft walk if that by the time I got to the garage my hands hurt so much I could barely move them I was literally miserable with pain I guess if I had grown up in a cold climate it would have been second nature to me to put some gloves on before going out in 24 degree weather with a 38 wind chill It was enough for me to decide right then and there that I would not renew my lease and to move back south to Florida more ... hide ...
