Richards Crossings is a very nice buildingnThe on site staff is very responsive and respectfulnI myself am a disabled veteranbeen homelessIm here at Richards crossing because I need surgery to get back to 100 been here exactly 1 yearsnHUD re did my paperwork and update my rentas I took a part time jobThe interesting part for meas I was a professional property manager for class A buildings Retirement facility and HUD housing for 35 yearsnSo I got a increase of 24000 from HUd for clearing little over 90000 a monthnAbout 2 weeks latter Richards Crossings gave me another increase of 13600nBasically taking extra money from the state of Nevada and myselftohoyse a disabled veteran on a fixed incomenSo far in less than 30 daysnI lost snap benefits got my rent raised over 40000 a monthnOnly in America do we enjoy and look for ways to take from each othernKinda like PutinnIts all goodmore homeless is needed especially if veterans cant afford rent while getting HUD assistancenDid I mentionnI deliver meals on wheels to seniorsnOn a broken hipthats Ive had to live with now for 3 yearsnI have a nice hole in me that drains out poisonnAnd I just had a heart attacknI sure hope more young men like me think twice about serving a country and its people who just want your moneynI kinda thought this was a place for those to recover not makeoney off ofnThey couldve also did there increase along with His doing my recertificationnBut that would meannYou plan aheadnGood luck to you all more ... hide ...

Due to the virus quaretineand not wanting a fellow senior homlesson the streets beyond their control never thinking this would go beyond 14 day rule I am now threatened with additional actionwe were out of town when all the stay in place quarrentied order came and when we returned to Carson due to asmatic person in resident my friend was unable to return to 2020-04-17T21:27:17Z

I have lived here for 2 yrs now and the new management that arrived right around when I did is fantastic Maria is very quick to respond and address any concerns or issues as well as interacting positively with the tenants The maintenance men are on it too Bob and Gary really take care of the people and the property They are very prompt about repairing any is 2021-04-22T00:16:35Z
