Due to the virus quaretineand not wanting a fellow senior homlesson the streets beyond their control never thinking this would go beyond 14 day rule I am now threatened with additional actionwe were out of town when all the stay in place quarrentied order came and when we returned to Carson due to asmatic person in resident my friend was unable to return to 2020-04-17T21:27:17Z

I have lived here for 2 yrs now and the new management that arrived right around when I did is fantastic Maria is very quick to respond and address any concerns or issues as well as interacting positively with the tenants The maintenance men are on it too Bob and Gary really take care of the people and the property They are very prompt about repairing any is 2021-04-22T00:16:35Z

I lived at Southgate Apartments Carson City Nevada between 20212022 and many of my experiences were traumatic debilitating and disturbing with many sleepless nights with my upstairs neighbors many nights of nocturnal activities in the bathroom area until dawn or days of tobacco smoke seeping inside my unit or being unable to reach management by phone when the snow blocked me inside or when my central heater went out during a snow storm at night and couldnt reach management or when the outside building lights went out at night and the area was very dark I also would lose my balance inside my unit because the floor was unleveled and when I mentioned it to management I was told that I accepted it though I moved there from another state and didnt have extra money for travel and hotel cost Also couldnt reach management by phone regarding imminent issues so I emailed them Though I loved the city living at Southgate was physically mentally emotionally exhaustive costly and difficult period for me I moved out several months later which also cost me financially physically mentally and emotionally drained I definitely would not recommend them more ... hide ...
