Beautiful apartment HORRIBLE managementnWe went to see this apartment and immediately fell in love with the open floor plan and the spacious living area I was ready to sign the lease that day Which is saying something because I have been looking at a few properties and this one was spot onnUntil I had to deal with the women in the office I already had a not so positive experience with her over the phone when I called to ask about the unit She was not very helpful not friendly no warmth in her tone However we decided we will still come and look Once it got to the point where we were asking about the availability I was reminded that there was a waitlist which I understood I then asked if I should wait until the 1st of the month to come back and see if more units would open up This apparently annoyed her because she decided to take up a tone with me and reminded me that I was not the only one who wanted a unit and that there were others already on the list wow Yes I was very aware of that I was asking important information that would help me gauge whether or not this apartment would be a possibility Any informed apartment staff knows the importance of a 30 day notice vs a 60 day notice This allows the office and future residents to know when to expect upcoming availability Also if no leases were up for renewal or ending then this would allow a person to know that Maybe she should have started with that instead of trying to talk down to people who were just asking reasonable questionsnMy suggestion for this young woman is that she works on her listening skills so that she may help people who are considering living here Sincerity and care is what makes all the difference when you are looking for a place to call home We did not find that at ALL here and from the looks of the other reviews this is a common problem with this community

Roach and bed bug infested They make plenty of WORK ORDERS then I guess shreds them because they disappear When they are ready for you to leave THEY ARE READY FOR YPU TO LEAVE no matter rent in hand or not Maria is NOT PROFESSIONAL she walks around taking pictures of porches instead of fixing the interior they are more focused on the exterior and lets not talk about the pool thats NEVER OPEN not even in 116 degree weather The hot water is iffy well WATER is iffy period you may wake up to no water for 6 hours with no explanation they use wall paint for the tubs and kitchen wood cabinets are eating alive by termites lets not forget how hot the cold water gets even in the toilets You arent allowed to barbecue but all the appliances are infested with roaches instead of getting new appliances they swap them from unit to the next with cleaning they share germs and roaches No wether strips on the doors so Ive found 3 lizards under my living room tv stand and lets not forget the Bisted window I received while visiting New York 2 weeks ago this place needs to be shut down They spend more time fixing paper work they charge you 50 for yes paper work then actual labor we have mold that weve complained about for a year and I swear if the pandemic wasnt at place we would have been moved but today is the last Shabbang Im complaining to every listening ear in Las Vegas this has to be stopped
