I do not live at the Hilltop apartments but I am from this community and I had a friend that lived there I am not going to sugar coat this There is sometimes alot going on on the Hilltop apartments However sometimes there is alot going on in the neighborhood Our community is pretty tight and to get in you need to fit in We are good people but we also wo 2022-04-26T10:22:43Z

Very nice seniors living there the grounds were keeped up everybody nice to one another mask were on they have a pool area pool table tablecable tvTV equipped with internet roomexercise room arts and crafts great service easy goingand pets friendly section8

Under new ownershipmanagement and its a whole lot better than the lazy management prior The last management did nothing and was very sloppy This new company has a lot of problems they inherited from years of neglect So far I have been happy with this new company because they are professional and actually cleaning up the place finally Apparently they know what they are doing because they have many properties and I have been impressed with how quickly they started getting things fixed and opened I have never been able to enjoy the amenities here because of the previous company not doing anything I have been here a year and the new company finally got things opened in just a couple months of taking over Still have not heard anything on the pools and thats a bit frustrating since its Vegas and the summer timennIt was a bit chaotic at first with the switch and trying to reach someone in the front office but seems like things are finally settling down so I dont think it will always be a problem I hope to see things continue to improve I am just happy to finally see a property management company actual getting things done like the previous one promised when I signed my original lease yet they did nothing Very relieved with Robinson group taking overnnAs far as roaches go my apartment had roaches when I first moved in I put some preventative treatments around while also keeping things clean I am happy to say NO roach problem what so ever The drains here are another story and a bit nasty Its an old apartment complex that like I said before was neglected for some time So pest control is still something needed but I am happy to say I DONT have a roach problem unlike what I read about in the comments more ... hide ...
