Ive been living here for five years its a horrible place to live in every time were outside running they say chill out running around and one time they said to my friend go back to your house monkey We are getting evicted for hopping the fence to go to smiths this management is horrible

This place needs to be shut down My family and I are currently without air it is 100 degrees in here and we can not get in touch with emergency maintenance Every month we have a problem with something go to or call the front office and they all give you the run around It took them 2 weeks to give us another refrigerator It took them 6 months to give us a new 2014-09-01T05:32:15Z
This place needs to be shut down My family and I are currently without air it is 100 degrees in here and we can not get in touch with emergency maintenance Every month we have a problem with something go to or call the front office and they all give you the run around It took them 2 weeks to give us another refrigerator It took them 6 months to give us a new stove and dish washer Because of the leaky dishwasher our carpet was wet and smelled bad making the whole house smell awful They still have not came to fix the doors on the cabinets in both bathrooms At one point my wife went to pay the rent and they brought the money order back to our door stating that we owed a extra 2500 because we paid on the 6th and late fees start on the 5th well my wife went back up there and stated that we did not know that and the lady stated that it was in the new lease well we had not received any notice stating that a new lease was written so how do you expect us to pay this late charge We ended up not paying it after a lot of back and forth between them and my wife We also have our 1 and 5 year old boys here having to go through all of this This makes absolutely no sense at all If you are looking for a place to live DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT RENT HERE more ... hide ...

First things first this apartment complex advertises that the apartments are newly renovated The pictures shown on the site are lies I hated we had to move to an apartment but was excited to see the pictures on the site and was excited about the move until I got the keys We had to move because of the shut down and COVID19 All my appliances are OLD dont say 2020-09-09T03:41:04Z
First things first this apartment complex advertises that the apartments are newly renovated The pictures shown on the site are lies I hated we had to move to an apartment but was excited to see the pictures on the site and was excited about the move until I got the keys We had to move because of the shut down and COVID19 All my appliances are OLD dont say newly renovated if all you do is slap a coat of paint on everything and thats all you doThe oven says May 1994 maybe the manufactured date Havent been able to use my oven since I moved in due to the fact my Apartment feels up with smoke when we turned it on Upon investigation we discovered a nice little mouse nest that was built inside the broiler area My dishwasher may have been manufactured In 1993 or before that date My fridge was manufactured 1199 and that would not be a problem if it wasnt broken on the inside selves drawers and bars across the selves in the door of the fridge My sons bike was stolen from off our upstairs balcony during the second month of living here Our new neighbors had the licenses plates stolen off of their car their first night here Complex stays dirty people who live here dont seem to care to keep area up or clean Facets are old and leaky Carpets are old and stained Clear patch work through out the apartment Oh and there are mice smart mice I would get a cat but we cant afford the pet deposit or pet rent To bad we cant charge the complex for pet rent since we are hosting mice The plan was to stay here until we could buy a house but Im not sure about that now more ... hide ...
