Finding and moving into place is a super stressful time However the Millennium East Management made it super easy for me When I first called the leasing office Cherry was quick to give me a tour right away Seeing the beautiful newly renovated model apartment I didnt hesitant to apply at all The application was a super fast process it only took three days for me to be approved Then next thing you know after not even a few days later I got the keys to my lovely new home So in total it was not even a whole week I waitednnI even had trouble setting up my Kevo lock app to connect to my iPhone and Elle the manager even came out of her way to help me My apartment came with the kevo lock nest thermostat and ring doorbell I never knew how convenient it is having your home connected to your phone My favorite feature of my new home is the Kevo Lock With the Kevo lock I am able to lock and unlock the front door of my apartment with my phoneThe ring doorbell is a hardwired video doorbell that you can see who is at your front door When people touch the doorbell the ring app will send you a notification and you can speak to them through the app The complex also has an Amazon hub locker which is really neat as you know your packages are safely storage away Another great thing is this gated apartment complex is super close to Nellis AFB Its only a 10 minute drive from base not even Also Management is very Military friendlynnEvery time I came into the office they are very professional helpful and have a good attitude I just want to give a big thank you to Cherry Elle and Aly Definitely recommend living here I really love it here more ... hide ...

NEW MANAGEMENT SUCKS These apartments used to be great back in the day The maintenance guy would should up the same day or the next one after putting a work order For my unit Now i called 2 months ago to fix something in my bathroom n nothing i call the next month to ask why they didnt show up n the answer was It didnt go thru so i put another order hoping i 2015-10-12T17:31:08Z

I lived here for a year and in that year I had to move to a different apartment in the complex because there was a short somewhere in the electrical wiring in the building that I was in It caused me to lose time at work because they would show when they wanted to to try and find the problem I also had my TV blew out because of this issue Management said I sh 2017-02-19T17:53:28Z

If I could leave 0 stars I would This complex has been nothing but a headache since day one If your considering renting from here I would strongly advise you look for something else Ive lived here almost 2 years and they have a huge issue with roaches on the property regardless of how much you spray they always come back The property managers dont fix anything most of my outlets in my apartment do not work and the 3 that do have to have a 3 prong extention cord or else your cords will not stay in the outlets They have upped the rent advertise remodeled apartments but my apartment was gross and uncleaned the day I moved in I actually had to clean it from day one Im fairly certain that there is mold in the unit because Ive had lots of breathing issues since Ive moved to this complex and its obvious they havent maintained this property from the get go Most of the neighbors are super nice but we do have a lot of foot traffic by people that dont live in the complex Alot of homeless people digging thru our trash But they want to tack on fees to clean the property outside bit the trash really isnt from the tenants its from the homeless people in our dumpster NO SECURITY KR OR CAMERAS EVEN THO NUMEROUS CARS HAVE BEEN VANDALIZED BROKWN INTO ETC You have dealers walking around tryna sell you drugs There is a gate but its almost always broken I honestly could go on and on but its definitely not worth it for the money Especially after they raised the rent I dont mind paying more but certainly not in the ghetto more ... hide ...

I waited until I moved outgot my deposit back wow I got it fast to write this just so I could give an accurate review from beginning to end I lived here for 9 months The application process was easy plus if you apply for one apt with the management company it can be used for other properties they have They have an easy to use website for paying rent I got my 2022-05-29T01:27:44Z
I waited until I moved outgot my deposit back wow I got it fast to write this just so I could give an accurate review from beginning to end I lived here for 9 months The application process was easy plus if you apply for one apt with the management company it can be used for other properties they have They have an easy to use website for paying rent I got my deposit back quickly and they did not try to nickel and dime me on itnnJody has done a great job with this property and has a very responsive support staffnnThe courtyard is really pretty and its nice to have a poolhot tub for the price being paidnnIts an older building but theyve been renovating the rooms as people move out Its inexpensive for the Vegas area The maintenance crew does a great job keeping the property cleannnThe only downside is the immediate area The homeless in the area can on occasion not often be a problem Whenever there was a problem management was great about finding a solution more ... hide ...
