I called to get pricing and information about the property and was initially greeted by Jackie who was very pleasant and polite My guess is that she was new because she wasnt able to answer most of my questions She politely told me that the property manager JD would be able to help me with the information I needed My call was then transferred to JD who was completely rude and unprofessional I stated my name and told her that I had a few questions about pricing to which she responded by sayingnI dont have time to answer any of that I just had like 4 other calls before younBefore I could respond she hung up the phone Didnt bother to get any information or offer to call back at a better time This was by far the most unprofessional encounter I have ever experienced off the bat I hope the calls are recorded as a training is definitely in order more ... hide ...

While I was apartment searching I walked up to the office door looks like a standard apartment front door I knocked and no one answered When I turned the knob to open the door it cracked and a lady was behind the door and she said yes I said Im sorry is this the office she shook her head I explained that I wanted to fill out an application for the apartments and she stated we dont have none I told her that I didnt mind being on a waiting list she then said its 71 people ahead of you so so I asked her again for an app snapping she told me exactly I dont give them out because we only keep them for 120 days then after that thats it so basically its not pointshe never greeted me nor did she try to assist me with the duties listed in her job description Im in disbelief more ... hide ...

Siena Townhomes used to be a amazing place to live until they sold the property and this new management has ruined the property with unnecessary rules they dont fix anything and have no consideration for the tenants If your looking for somewhere to live and be comfortable without having your home micro managed I wouldnt recommend you rent here

I cant say enough in this review that would capture my gratitude and joy for meeting Della I requested to adjust our movein date to a sooner time and Della arrived at the office an hour early to help make it all happen She was on the ball every step of the way helping me with each part of the process and turned a nightmare into a daydream Living here now Ive 2022-08-21T21:55:07Z
I cant say enough in this review that would capture my gratitude and joy for meeting Della I requested to adjust our movein date to a sooner time and Della arrived at the office an hour early to help make it all happen She was on the ball every step of the way helping me with each part of the process and turned a nightmare into a daydream Living here now Ive had a few typical questions that come with new tenancy all of which were answered immediately and all service requests were performed the very next day I love living here I feel so safe and secure even at late hours of the night my apartment is so clean and polished the residents are friendly children play freely without fear and even without assigned parking nearly every parking space is covered I really couldnt ask for better and got such a great price for rent Della has made a great difference in my life though Im confident each member of staff is excellent as well Ive already had a few positive interactions and Im deeply joyful to be living here I hope to stay for many years more ... hide ...
