ROACH MOTEL I strongly advise anybody from renting from this place Kids are killed right outside my moped was stolen from here Absolutely disgusting and dirty The staff dont care the owners dont care They raised my rent 200 and they expect people to pay 1000 a month with no access to laundry rooms When you do have access the washer and dryers dont work NONE OF THEM I fogged my apt and the ROACH came back When I moved in there was a shower rod in the closet where a closet rod would be usually When I first applied we agreed on a 3 bd 2bath and later they reduced it to a 2 by 2 bath and than reduced again to a 2 bd 1 bath the apt next to me was abandoned and when i told them about it and that i wanted it They gave it to someone else Absolutely appalling They sent me a survey then used it against me to raise my rent Most likely to to push me out If you WANT HEALTH ISSUES this the right place for you Zero stars is more fitting We didnt have COLD WATER for 2 months it was reported to them and they kept saying they fixed it When I decided to withhold rent they decided to tell me it was out of their expertise and had to call and outside plumber No cold water means NO BATHS NO TOLIET CAUSE ONLY COLD WATER IS CONNECTED TO THE TOLIET This place need to be RANSACKED TO THE GROUND AND THE OWNERS NEED TO HEAVILY FINED FOR NEGLECT Do not listen to the GOOD REVIEWS BELOW THEY ARE FAKE AND NO PICTURES PROVES THAT more ... hide ...

I am not a tenantbut I have a family members that reside here This experience is based on my family members venting their frustrations to meLet me begin with the managment Horrible customer service They do not return voicemails they never pick up phone calls They DONT comply with their Dayshours of operation SO it is extreamly difficult to get ahold of the manager on premis My family member was denied the managemnet companys phone number to submit a formal complaint My family member has submitted unlimited requests for pest control services without success these buildings are infested with roaches Additionally its is very dificult to find parking in the complex Apparently they have a tow service company but they have yet to see them patrol the lot There are no towing signs anywhere as well Therefore its a hassel trying to find a parking spot every evening Furthermore there is an apartment where there is more than one family living in it These ppl have loud parties and the men urinate outdoors knowing that there are children outside playing Management was notified various times but their response was that they Need Proof These residents arrive after the office is closed and nothing is resolvedAlso the emergency maintenence line never responded after a voicemail was leftnThey should invest in making the rest of the apt buiIdings look as nice and presentable as the main entrance I understand why most of these reviews have a one to two star rating more ... hide ...
