Moved in about 3 months ago and so far everything has been great Marco and his team have been nothing but helpful We see that there has been a lot going on with the community such as garage and asphalt repairs and seeing the maintenance everywhere trying to get things done Even with 3 days waiting patiently they got the work done in my unitnnI would like to

This is an income restricted allbills paid seniors only apartment building located just behind a Salvation Army church and community center on a quiet culdesac in an older well kept neighborhood Also conveniently about a block from a public bus line The church runs a twice monthly shuttle to Walmart for only 2 The apartments are well laid out and very roomy

People are complaining a lotnTheyre saying that Lots of peoplenBad neighborhood but some lives here not on the leaseresidents cant even park on the premisesbut visitors can go in and out park on the premises overnight while we the resident gotta park on the streetthe gate are always brokenexit gate are being the entranceso many rules of cant do this cant do
