Sadly I had to ask these people for help after losing my place to live I have never been so mistreated At first several of us who had no bed were made to sit on hard metal stools at a table all night long rather than at least allow us to at least lie on the floor I left because I could not stand the suffering of that I was given admittance to a run down over crowded house in a bad neighborhood and given a bunk bed next to an insane black woman who sneered at me and called me racial names all night longthe manager did nothing about it I became ill during the night and was kicked out with no where to go at 3am I was disoriented and I suffered a small stroke a block a way from the house and a young man called 911 saving my lifeVOA is just wretched to allow this treatment of women in the Reno area more ... hide ...

Everything is cheap and they charge you for everything and make it seem like its your fault maintenance does a poor job on work orders and leave their mess for you to clean up Management is horrible and so is maintenance Dont not move here I wouldnt recommend at all

My heat went out about a year ago in wintersnow freezing temps and it took a whopping two full weeks to get it fixed Management took 100 off my rentit should have been at least what two weeks rent was worthits a landlords responsibility to supply heat in winter especially when rent is a mortgage payment I do love my little unit and the building is secure and 2022-08-18T00:54:05Z
