My daughter recently moved into these apartments It is her first place on her own and I think she picked well I have visited her 3 times now and the area seems pretty quiet and well kept The interior is well maintained and very spacious There are brand new appliances in the kitchen As far as amenities the complex has a laundry room and a pool with updated ta 2022-07-11T12:47:48Z

As far as the RV that was plugged in through the window of an apartment that has only happened one time and management quickly put an end to that problem And the tenants that they were plugged into they were evicted shortly after Unfortunately when have deal with tenants that are filthy nasty people they do attract bugs But the Golden Apartments does adhere 2023-01-03T09:40:40Z
As far as the RV that was plugged in through the window of an apartment that has only happened one time and management quickly put an end to that problem And the tenants that they were plugged into they were evicted shortly after Unfortunately when have deal with tenants that are filthy nasty people they do attract bugs But the Golden Apartments does adhere to any and all HUD policies and fair housing guidelines Everyone deserves a chance at housing And no this maintenance supervisor does not do dope nor buy anything from anyone living in an RV From time to time we do have to interact with less fortunate people who live on the street in recreational vehicles This is a tough problem that has been on the rise We deal with many issues here at the Golden apartments and deal with them accordingly but as you can see from the photos that it can be a nice place It really depends on the lifestyle that the residents choose to live and sharing a positive likeminded community for which we all can benefit from Remember Im here to help folks and i just dont work here i am a resident too Thanks more ... hide ...

Lived here for a couple years and was pretty happy They are small units but cozy The area is very quite and most residents are friendly Office hours are not the best 9 to 5 Monday through Friday They have a single pool but no hot tub There isnt AC and parking can be really scarce if you have a second car but over all it is a good value for what you pay
