We have an upgraded apartmentnLet me start with the cons in my humble opinionnnIts not a terrible apartment but there is absolutely no storage space FYI consider getting yourself a storage unit unless you have mininal belongings Thats what we had to donnNo garage ONE spot for covered parking and a few open spots to park good luck finding a spot after 5PM And

We have an upgraded apartmentnLet me start with the cons in my humble opinionnnIts not a terrible apartment but there is absolutely no storage space FYI consider getting yourself a storage unit unless you have mininal belongings Thats what we had to donnNo garage ONE spot for covered parking and a few open spots to park good luck finding a spot after 5PM And Beware of the birds They live in the parking structure and my vehicle has become their toilet Haha ewww right It could be worsennDespite the apartment being renovated there are marker stains on the walls that paint cant cover and MANY patches on the doors and walls from an apparently careless previous tenantnnIf you have children just know that there are TONS of bully type kids roaming around outside Their parents are even worse from what Ive personally experienced Kids will be kids thoughnnThe entry gates to the complex are ALWAYS brokennnAnd the prosnnEven though there are some rude children I allow my 8 year old to play outside and feel that he is pretty safe doing sonnWe have a new stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher new gas stove new washer and dryer new carpet new window coverings and fresh paint which is all a plus in my booknnThere is a pool hot tub and gym Quaint but relaxing The pool is 24hrs the gym is only open during business hoursall new equipmentnnAnd lastlythe management and maintenance staff Professional kind friendly and willing to assist I have ZERO complaints about them

Apartment complexes can be categorized into good or bad depending on the way they handle situations that are in the gray area If management doesnt follow the golden rule its probably because they see you as a monthly income and not as a human beingnnI pulled my car out of my garage so I would have more space to tidy up the garage After two hours I went insid

Apartment complexes can be categorized into good or bad depending on the way they handle situations that are in the gray area If management doesnt follow the golden rule its probably because they see you as a monthly income and not as a human beingnnI pulled my car out of my garage so I would have more space to tidy up the garage After two hours I went inside my apartment temporarily to eat dinner When I came back outside they towed my car The lease says I cant block any of the garages I was only temporarily blocking access to my own garage Seems like common courtesy to warn someone before you tow the car that is registered on the lease There are plenty of open parking spaces at this complex no need to be militant about enforcement Was my car parked in a legal parking spot No Do others in this complex park temporarily in front of their own garage Yes Does another company handle the parking enforcement Yes Do they follow the golden rule Absolutely not

I have lived at Waterstone for just over a year now and this review is long overdue I have loved living here Beginning when I applied for the apartment the office staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area I moved here from the east coast and knew nothing about the area They are near a golf course which I love When moving in the process was so simplified that it was a breeze It feels like home here The landscaping is always so well kept year around and the office and maintenance staff are very prompt to address any issues I have which have been very few I feel safe here and its so quiet Theres no place like it I would rather live here where the trees are mature the landscaping is lush and its peaceful OVER any of the brand new apartments going up around here I planned on purchasing a home soon but I feel like I can take my time since I love it here so muchwho knows I may decide to stay here for a few years Thank you Waterstone for being so helpful
