a phenomenal place to live Its super quiet with awesome on site office staff Tracy and on site maintenance Anytime I have a question or need something she has been very welcoming and always does her best to help me I have had some maintenance issues and Rory has been right on top of things to help They have a resident portal that you can pay your rent request maintenance forms message boards community wall and so much more Theres a great walking path with a beautiful view that Tracey makes sure is kept clean even though some residence have been disrespectful with leaving their dog business and if it isnt make sure it gets cleaned up Most residents here are awesome with per usual a couple not i have NEVER had to make a noise complaint as the building is VERY quiet even living at an entrance door which I CHOSE to live in so I was aware of the traffic I would endure so I cant even imagine how nice and quiet it is everywhere else Theres a gym thats kept extremely clean A community room where you can go hang with family friends with a kitchenette couches and a TV I send my son there when his friends are over Theres been parties in there and I cant hear anything Theres a wellkept mail room perfect for security I really like living here and honesty my favorite part is the on site office I feel safe with her and the key fob locked doors more ... hide ...
