If I could rate this 0 stars I would Worst development group and property management ever literally Where do I start The elevators and garage doors are ALWAYS broken The garage has been broken in the past for as long as 5 months which led to my parking spot being stolen The Elevators will be broken for weeks on end Can you imagine a luxury building with basic amenities that never work There is nowhere for packages to be secured so your deliveries will be stolen multiple times while management does nothing Service requests will never be tended to unless you hound the super or property manager who act like doing their jobs is an annoyance The leasing office can never be reached The garbage chute facilities are filthy The hallways always reek of weed Either the developers dont have enough capital to maintain the building or they just dont care about minorities Neither is acceptable This level of incompetence and negligence would never be tolerated in a predominantly white township DO NOT rent here There are better options
