This place is so sneaky I use to like it out here but every since we got this new landlord its going down She all about her kind These apt needs major work Maintenance is uncertified Ubarry recruited Certain Tenants to clean run the park I use to have respect for the landlord but after today I will never respect her again

Tanyard Oaks is a very nice place to live overall my daughter and I were fortunate enough to attain a two bedroom 2 12 bath townhome style apartment here approximately five years ago after my divorce At that time she was in fifth grade and is now almost a sophomore in the nearby high school That stated weve been here a little while and have only dealt with a 2020-05-18T17:57:51Z
Tanyard Oaks is a very nice place to live overall my daughter and I were fortunate enough to attain a two bedroom 2 12 bath townhome style apartment here approximately five years ago after my divorce At that time she was in fifth grade and is now almost a sophomore in the nearby high school That stated weve been here a little while and have only dealt with a few minor problems like noisy neighbors and that sort of thing but for the most part we have always felt comfortable in our home We even take mother daughter walks in the evenings mostly across the street is another nice house develop housing development Its best to have a car when living here because the buses may not get you directly where you need to go Deptford mall And surrounding restaurants are nearby and Philadelphia is only a 20 to 30 minute drive over the bridge if you like the city Our maintenance man rich hes been here ever since Ive been here hes very nice and does his best to get minor problems taken care of in a timely manner In addition when you run into lifes problems like a job change or even this pandemic Tanyard Oaks always tries to make adjustments to meet you where you are financially speaking Im not sure how much longer we will be here but it has truly been a lovely place for me and my daughter to call home more ... hide ...
