Though the apartments are very old I liked it for peaceful environment spacious drawing dining and very good neighbors Most attractive part is central heating system natural gas heating system and cooking is included with rent Your electricity bill will be very nominal Market place one Montessori School and restaurants are within walking distance Play ground for kids swimming pool and tennis court is also goodnSome people complains about their management and community manager but I always got the same day service They never disappoint me in this matter But they dont maintain regular cleaning up the sorroundingsnThe only thing I dont like their laundry room Almost 34 buildings share one laundry room which consists of 6 washers and 6 dryers It is in the basement most of the time there is some stagnant water in one side of the floor
