This place is TERRIBLE I applied for an apartment in June 2020 and I got a voicemail from Kelly at the front desk letting me know I was approved I was told Id be able to move in the next month and I communicated with her I was interested in a downstairs unit I paid for the application fee and already took out the money order waiting for her to contact me Not 2020-09-18T21:43:04Z
This place is TERRIBLE I applied for an apartment in June 2020 and I got a voicemail from Kelly at the front desk letting me know I was approved I was told Id be able to move in the next month and I communicated with her I was interested in a downstairs unit I paid for the application fee and already took out the money order waiting for her to contact me Not once did they contact me I had to call the office every week to check in She told me that she wasnt sure if the unit being cleaned out was upstairs or downstairs I was told I could come in and sign a lease however the apartment was being worked on I wanted to see the apartment to take pictures in case of any damage so I would not be responsible for anything prior because we were giving her a security deposit of first months rent I was told I would have to wait because they had to fire the maintenance team and hire a new one I waited and when I contacted her two weeks later to see if the work was done she said the new team never showed up so they had to hire a third I asked to speak to the manager above her and she told me he was on vacation with his wife for their anniversary so there wasnt anyway to speak to him The unit ended up being an upstairs so I told her I didnt mind if that was available even though it wasnt my preference She also tried to offer me to move to Blackwood Terrace instead but their apartments are smaller and costs more I didnt want to move there I never heard back from her when after all this she said shed call me a week later Its now September I never received a call She started dodging my calls and I had to use other numbers to call her I called today and Kelly FINALLY answered and informed me all units were full after I told her I was okay with the upstairs unit I told her I wanted a refund for what I paid and she said if I came up there she was calling the cops I will be contacting the person above her for Venice Realty to report her for her unprofessionalism and not returning my money which I have receipts for Shes a liar and needs to be fired more ... hide ...

I do not live there yet but went and seen beautiful grounds Mary I think her name is a very nice and helpful person I would be proud to live there I cant wait Living in my car is no longer fun any more
