This is a senior citizen building and it is the terrible when it comes to maintenance We experience water problems every month and the water is shut off all day during the repairs Today July 19th repairs were done again and the water was shut off all day Now its 836 pm and no hot water and to make matter worse all the repair men left for the day It uncons 2022-07-20T00:55:42Z
This is a senior citizen building and it is the terrible when it comes to maintenance We experience water problems every month and the water is shut off all day during the repairs Today July 19th repairs were done again and the water was shut off all day Now its 836 pm and no hot water and to make matter worse all the repair men left for the day It unconscious and totally unacceptable There is not even a maintenance aka superintendent living on the premises to take care of these problems even though the building have over 300 apartments The management dont really care about the residents even though we are seniors I am stuck here until I find another place to live and I regret moving in this building I have never in all my life experienced water problems like this and it persists Then to add insult to injury the management staff and the repair men left the building without checking to see if we are getting hot water This is not the first time they all left us without checking to see if the hot and cold water is running Its really sad because most of the seniors dont complain but if we had younger tenants I can assure you that this would happen All that management is concerned about is collecting the rents and the rental subsidy from HUD I would not recommend this building to my worse enemy and I wished I had read reviews before moving in here I totally regret living here because of these problems There are many other problems but the water problem is happening too often because without hot and cold water residents cannot cook and take a shower more ... hide ...

this place is not so bad it can be peaceful when it wants to be BUT the security booth is horrible they are very unprofessional from the supervisor to the simple security well theres a few securities that are very nice and polite but the other ones the supervisor are rude they talk to the tenants disrespectful and us as tenants say anything back to them the 2021-06-14T22:15:43Z
