This place was much better in the early 2000s They had after school program for kids in the rec room in building 4 summer programs where they did arts and crafts for the kids and served breakfast and lunch and food summer talent shows There was a basketball hoop inside the courts summer block parties The seniors were separated from everyone If you called for 2022-04-20T05:55:43Z
This place was much better in the early 2000s They had after school program for kids in the rec room in building 4 summer programs where they did arts and crafts for the kids and served breakfast and lunch and food summer talent shows There was a basketball hoop inside the courts summer block parties The seniors were separated from everyone If you called for a work order they came the same day almost immediately This place is just ran down on now Got to walk forever just to get to your apartment each court once had their own entrance but now theyre trying to be like a closed community with 2 guards Lol Everyone from Hyatt Court and Rosevelts moved in and lets just say this place isnt the same anymore Theyre turning once storage garbage rooms into apartments now Rats and roaches is still an issue there Water bugs even on the sidewalk coming from their compactor rooms I still have family and friends there and lets just say my visit is always an hour nothing more They need to do better andor bring this building down already By the way when people order from Amazon Im sure it says their apartment number not 17 Oxford St You guys are held responsible for all that goes missing with your bin at the front office Your security should ID everyone that grabs a package Turn your rec room into a Amazon room like most complexes have ID everyone SMH more ... hide ...

My mom lives here and Im pleased with it The management Staff is helpful and attentive The building is well maintained and typically very cleannnIt is an inviting environment and comfortable for the seniors

The experience here was not stellar at all He was kept safe and clean and thats it My child attended for the Summer and I had to pull him out after 1 week Day 2 I brought my child in at 910am a staff told me that I would be charged a 50 late fee and to make sure its paid today Staff use curse words during their conversations with each other Not every child 2022-08-09T11:29:23Z
