I lived at the Livingston Terrace for a year and had an overall positive experience The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and the property is well maintainedThe management team and groundskeeping responded quickly to requests and were very helpful with any issues that arose Parking was sometimes an issue to find when coming back late at night since it is first come first serve but there was ample street parking around The only major downsides were not having central AC which was difficult during summertime and no inunit laundry but otherwise it was a great place to live for the price point

Lived here for 2 years and I had an overall great experience This complex has one of the best value for money for the rental price I researched so many complexes before moving in but this one offered the most for that same amount of money Heating water trash and all miscellaneous fees are already included in the price I only had to pay for electricity Pet policy is flexible pent rent is cheap huge floor space dishwasher my unit had everything I needed except laundry which was not a big deal given the rent I was paying Management and maintenance are very helpful and responsive too special shoutout to Katelyn who has been so awesome to deal with these past 2 years If not because of moving to another state I would have stayed here for much longer
