I have lived here since 2015 and I have never had a problem with anyone or with anyone in the rental office they have always been kind professional and courteous to me I had come into a financial problem and they had been patient and understanding with me paying my rent late They never questioned why or what was going on they just extended kindness and courtesy to me with that issue and I truly appreciate them Anytime I call the office or go into the office the ladies in there are always pleasant and that makes you feel comfortable where youre living The complex is always clean and there are never any problems going on there which makes you feel safe I give them a definite 5 stars rating

My husband and I moved in about 8 months ago and we are loving it here The staff is amazing here Victoria and Andres always welcome you when you get home or leave the building They are so friendly Alex is amazing The amenities available to us are great The rooftop view is amazing its so relaxing to get up there and relax after a long day of work Highly recom

This place is a joke to say the least not only are they physically violent but extremely unprofessional The maintenance person let someone in my home without my permission when I wasnt home The excuse I was given was that they had seen the person around the building The other maintenance man got into an altercation with my boyfriend and when I came downstairs to break up the ARGUMENT the man slammed the leasing office door on my fingers Not a single apology given Nothing The woman that works in corporate named Jacqueline is an absolute piece of work She doesnt care about anyone or anything and only gives excuses Thank God for my lawyer and filing a lawsuit because I filed police reports on the man that works there AND STILL WORKS THERE EVEN AFTER THE ASSAULT HE DID NOT GET FIRED EVEN THOUGH IT WAS CAUGHT ON SECURITY CAMERA Leasing is never in their office The hallways stink No parking garageelevators dont have light and always smell of urine
