I have been living in London Terrace for about three months now and it has been great Everyone is available to speak to you if something is needed and it is handled promptly Overtime I had been noticing bugs and spiders by the front door but its summer so I didnt call maintenance about it Today there were so many dead bugs hanging on the wall and spiders everywhere so I called Maintenance asking for assistance with cleaning the area I called at 845am and Edward was ringing my doorbell by 922am He was so kind and came in and cleaned up the area right away He was so polite and understood why I wanted the area to be checked out The staff here are great and prompt and Edward was quick and efficient Grateful for the office and maintenance team
