I would not recommend this property Ive lived here a little over two years I liked at first the price was 910 and them jumped to 968 because the property mgmt company found a loophole and increased the rent by 5800 Its a moderate income property and potential renters cant make over 38000 for single and I think 42000 for two peoplennThis place needs a full paint job inside not just patching up paint here and there The carpet hasnt been cleaned probably since the place was built It gets vacuumed but geez steam clean the rugs for gods sakenn The downstairs patio is discusting The furniture is broken but I believe Richmond properties wont buy it The floor needs to be painted and it stinks like smoke since residents can smoke in or out of their apts The smell is vilennEach floor has two washers and dryers The dryer is broken on the 3rd floor washing machine on the 2nd floor Neither have worked in months and heard the machines are so old the parts are no longer available There are hookups in apts but stackable washer and dryers are well over 1100 and most people on a fixed income cant afford that Fix the machines or buy new ones for gods sakennCockroaches are a problem In a one bedroom apt there are at least six adults and an infant in there There are mattresses and blankets all over the floors and was inundated with cockroaches We heard it took all day to try to kill them and one of the maintenance men wouldnt even go inside Mgmt has done nothing not only allowing all of these people living there who Im sure are not on the lease but the filth in there is beyond the pail The cockroaches are on the move and getting into other peoples apts Ewwwww more ... hide ...

Place is ok however there is no internet and you have to have the cable supplied which stops working with every storm or on a windy day I have been here over 5 years and I get the same story every time I ask about internet we are working on it Yea rightnIf you have ATT phone service you can stream cable on your laptop and cast onto your tv and never worry ab 2022-06-09T09:56:57Z
