I dont live there but 2 senior friends of mine do The 1st floor seems to be the basic lower rent studio type apartments where the 2nd floor seems nicer with at least 1 bedroom units complete with kitchen livingroom even a small hallway type entrance as you walk in the door of the unit Theres also a larger common area up there with more tables chairs sofas t

Cathy does not know the rules of being a landlord she makes up her own rules she talks to people like trash shes very ignorant If you need any maintenance work done either do it yourself or call the city Which even the inspectors cant stand the people who work here The maintenance only cares about his Russian friends Theres no set time for the office she com

Ive have been here a little over a year and I love my apartment Maintenance problems get taken care of promptly My only gripes are the air leaks in the windows so its extremely cold during the winter and you constantly have to have your heat on Also no parking for company They have to hopefully find parking Besides that its quiet you have your own laundromat
