I am writing to make a complaint on the employees of the Vineland Housing Authority I witnessed Emma Maldonado the case worker for my friends mother display an impertinent attitude towards my friend We arrived and greeted everyone kindly When my friend asked the front desk to speak to her mothers caseworker they also displayed rude behavior and slandered her

I am writing to make a complaint on the employees of the Vineland Housing Authority I witnessed Emma Maldonado the case worker for my friends mother display an impertinent attitude towards my friend We arrived and greeted everyone kindly When my friend asked the front desk to speak to her mothers caseworker they also displayed rude behavior and slandered her while pointing and yelling at her Emma and the other front desk employees continued to persecute her until she signed the paperwork she was told to The behavior of these employees is not only distasteful and obnoxious but also highly unprofessional If the mission statement of this housing authority is to help those in need expectations will lead to utter disappointment
