Terrible place to rent The complex gets bought out every year and the management is never consistent with any of the info they provide They loose valuable information regarding lease information I highly recommend to avoid this complex Drug users and dealers are scattered throughout the complex with little to zero security People live in their cars towards the back of the complex Dog st is littered throughout the walk ways Roaches and other bugs are common as wellnnNeedles are a common sight at this complex I lived here for over 5 years and the quality of this place has drastically went down While the price has gone up The laundry rooms are disgusting and outdated The pools are rarely opened and are always down for maintenance The office never answers the phone and closes early I no longer live here but am still dealing with them trying to take money from me This is the most unprofessional disorganized apartment Ive ever lived at Impossible to get ahold of them by phone

Well my family has been living here at casa bonita for the last 5 months and Ive had no problems with the managers or Maintenance so far I dont have a cockroach peroblem pest control comes on point and spiders are going to be every were so the people with all these bad reviews its you I got in here quick my husband is disabled and were not treated bad or som

Well my family has been living here at casa bonita for the last 5 months and Ive had no problems with the managers or Maintenance so far I dont have a cockroach peroblem pest control comes on point and spiders are going to be every were so the people with all these bad reviews its you I got in here quick my husband is disabled and were not treated bad or some type of way its cus people have bad credit or bad back ground checks theses apartments arent that bad people park where theyre not supposed to so they get towed or get a ticket or they get a boot cuz they dont follow the rules Or their cars are out of the registration I was in the office Just the other day and the manager gave this elderly woman a break out her vehicle so that it wouldnt get towed the poor lady thought it was her registration and it wasnt she was fine its just the people who dont follow the rules dont like to listen wanna be troublemakers get kicked out theyre going to put bad reviews and who knows maybe you did have problems when you were here but I asked for now theyre on top of it but under staffed as well give them a brake
