Marie is the Best she actually gets things done but when it comes to The Inspectors ESPECIALLY Ignacio IM assuming he is the head honcho to inspectors I have left messages after messages to call me and 2 weeks at least call your clients back Sir And no they dont care if the place where you live is roach And smoke induced when Joe did his inspection on 81620

PLEASE READ I lived at the Silver Moon Lodge when they were brand new At first I was extremely thrilled to be in such an amazing location at such a decent price It was unbeatable But soon after signing my lease and choosing the apartment of my choice I got a bad taste in my mouth I waited 3 months after officially signing my lease to move in My experiences after also followed negatively My apartment felt very sloppy put together The floors even tilted at an angle There was pencil markings on the doors from when they were measuring sawdust everywhere paint blobs in random areas and cocking messily cleaned up everywhere just awful Just an FYI as well the walls are EXTREMELY THIN I could hear everything my neighbor was doing 247 It felt very invasive he would bang on my wall when I would watch movies The customer service was mediocre there was an office manager that had a terrible attitude I would cringe having to go in and talk to herThey have many promises that dont come with your lease so be aware Parking is a pain in the BUTT Good luck trying to find a parking space when you go home at 5pm everyday Also after my year of living there in a BRAND NEW complex I felt the property went downhill FAST The newly built complex had many vandalism issues ESPECIALLY in the elevator Dont be surprised when youre carrying 50 bags of groceries and finally make it to the elevator to find out its temporarily out of order and have to walk to literally either end of the building to get to the stairs My mailboxes were always broken as well so just in case youre wondering you have to go to the postal services down town on Broadway I started to know the costumer service representatives there Overall I had A TERRIBLE experience living at Silver Moon Lodge Please reconsider

We did not have a good experience while living there The ceiling leaked and we were on the third floornThey put up sandbags in all the halls because the drainage was bad after every rainfall There was a bad rainstorm one evening and roof leaked for the third time and shorted out our alarm system They were extremely slow in repairing all the leaks because

We did not have a good experience while living there The ceiling leaked and we were on the third floornThey put up sandbags in all the halls because the drainage was bad after every rainfall There was a bad rainstorm one evening and roof leaked for the third time and shorted out our alarm system They were extremely slow in repairing all the leaks because other places were worse Then we had problems with the cooling system which is not top priority When I called the manager he told me to reset the refrigerated air system and wait 5 minutes So I did exactly what he said Waited the 5 minutesno change I called him back but low and behold it was after office hours and NO ONE answered He never called me back or stopped over to our apartment We were on the same floor as the manager Then when we moved out he said we would get our deposit back because we were good tennants and had bought a new house He said that since we were leaving because we bought a new house he would not charge us the fee for leaving 1 month early Well he misled me againnnDont rent from LaCantera It is a nightmare there
