I lived here for two years and it honestly is a HIDDEN GEM Id say the first 6 months there were a lot of notices for inspections and bug sprays but I honestly didnt mind it They gave you AT LEAST A 2 DAYS NOTICE ahead of time and I felt that worked fine with me I lived downstairs and never heard loud noises besides what you would expect kids yelling at their 2020-06-02T16:02:45Z
I lived here for two years and it honestly is a HIDDEN GEM Id say the first 6 months there were a lot of notices for inspections and bug sprays but I honestly didnt mind it They gave you AT LEAST A 2 DAYS NOTICE ahead of time and I felt that worked fine with me I lived downstairs and never heard loud noises besides what you would expect kids yelling at their video games or children running around If you hate noise the maybe this is not the place for you but everyone who I lived next to followed the Quiet Hours rule which is 10pm7am Maintenance requests were always fixed the same day and the staff is SO NICE and patient They are very understanding and good with communication The area also has very low crime rates and its a gated community so you can trust your vehicle wont get stolen OVERALL 1010 the neighborhood keeps to themselves follows Quiet Hours staff is friendly and understanding and maintenance requests are ALWAYS fixed within 2 days more ... hide ...

I just moved in a week ago and so far the staff is extremely friendly and helpful There were a few small things that needed repair when we moved in The air conditioner was not working properly the stove was not hooked up the garbage disposal wasnt working and the sliding glass door had no screen I reported most issues the day after I moved in Every issue I 2021-10-01T17:58:12Z
I just moved in a week ago and so far the staff is extremely friendly and helpful There were a few small things that needed repair when we moved in The air conditioner was not working properly the stove was not hooked up the garbage disposal wasnt working and the sliding glass door had no screen I reported most issues the day after I moved in Every issue I had was resolved by Monday morning except the air conditioning and that was because they had to order a part The complex is large There is a huge dog parkbaseball field that my dog loves to play in Everyone seems to pick up after their pets Some people have issues being able to pick up and maintenance takes care of that very quickly from what Ive seen There is always a parking space right in front of my apartment The area could be better but that is not the fault of the apartment complex I think they do a good job of bringing up the values in the area more ... hide ...

Manzano Mesa has been my home for the last 11 years I raised my son here since he was 8 years old hes an adult and is now living on his own The staff here is so awesome polite and very friendly Sue the manager of the property is straightforward yet reasonable and a down to earth person I just love herKrystin the assistant manager is so sweetkind and is 2021-06-16T00:56:24Z

UPDATE March 2021 nnThis month GSL Properties the owners of Valencia Court Apartments sold the building to a new owner Fortunately GSL will continue to manage the property I think they do a great job of management In connection with the sale they are renovating all of the apartments also nice There are two big changes in status the new owners are returning the building to Federal lowincome status GSL ended that last year and from now on tenants must be aged 55 Hopefully that will cut down on some of the riffraff that any property in this part of town is likely to have I think these are both good developments Im over 55 n nOriginal post 2020nIve lived here for 7 years now and for a lowincome apartment building NOT public housing thats something completely different I think its excellent Several of the reviews listed here have nothing to do with Valencia Court I suspect they are reviews of a completely different place called The Valencia The apartment staff are always on the ball and in general the maintenance is excellent My apartment is very comfortable and in general Ive been very happy herenEDIT I assume that people who are checking out Valencia Court Apts realize that theyre not in a great part of town Where we are isnt dangerous IMO but this isnt the right place for you if you freak out at the sight of homeless people cruising Central more ... hide ...
