Your cars not safe in the parking lot got my cadillac converter stolen and I cant walk my dog because people brake glass all over the walkways Plus Not safe And the apartments look beautiful inside but once your in the bugs start to come if your at work on spray days they just skip your apartment

Definitely not a place I would recommend anyone live Management was horrible and recently changed but did not notify any residents of the change There is constant police activity and there have been multiple murders There are gates but they are left open or broken so really no use Ive lived here for 4 years and have never seen security even after my car and 2022-05-02T16:26:41Z

These apartments are horrible They have not had consistency the entire time Iv lived here We just now got new management and owners who are completely rude and unprofessional They will completely disregard you for any situations you may have They are extremely political and people are judged based on circumstances The new maintenance man is never to be and 2022-06-21T13:56:03Z
These apartments are horrible They have not had consistency the entire time Iv lived here We just now got new management and owners who are completely rude and unprofessional They will completely disregard you for any situations you may have They are extremely political and people are judged based on circumstances The new maintenance man is never to be and the new paint job is hideous I have drips all over my front porch running down my stairs Your no longer allowed to have ANYTHING on your porch they want them completely bare If you have pets dont bother if you live on the second floor your pet is not allowed to be on the porch So not only do they loose the option of having a yard but now they cant even enjoy the small amount of outdoors you can provide them Cars get broken into The laundry room is completely destroyed and always filthy They have only two functional washers because the third one has been out of service for five months They need to put a quarter machine in there There are no parks close to walk pets the school next door does not allow dogs on property So your completely surrounded by industrial companies and a dollar tree and office max to choose to walk to if u dont purchase the pricy memberships Do yourself a favor and dont move here more ... hide ...

Its a good place to live and they keep the complex clean Their prices are great compared to other places in the area and in a great neighborhood The staff are great to work with also The only thing I say is a issue is the small ants in the spring and summer time They do send out exterminators to help though Ive lived here for 7 yrs now and never had a proble 2022-02-22T17:04:55Z
