This is about all I could give this apartment complex The location is great and close to everything And you get a free covered parking space per apartment The rooms are pretty great sized and the bathrooms The new maintenance guys do a decent job at fixing things and in a timely order BUT when I moved into my apartment it WAS NOT up to standard as far as cle 2021-08-31T04:19:23Z
This is about all I could give this apartment complex The location is great and close to everything And you get a free covered parking space per apartment The rooms are pretty great sized and the bathrooms The new maintenance guys do a decent job at fixing things and in a timely order BUT when I moved into my apartment it WAS NOT up to standard as far as clean goes My apartment flooded about 20 times in 3 years and was never actually fixed they went through a lot of staffAnd their vinyl floors even though they are prettythat they have installed in there are garbage quality because your furniture will dent it just by sitting on the floor and moving to clean underneath They WILL charge you to fix it after move out even though the quality and installation in the fist place isnt even your fault The dishwasher was disgusting upon move in but I just cleaned it as best as I could after But they charged me a cleaning fee for it after move out even though it was like that to begin with I feel like they give you substandard and expect pristine from you I left that apartment waaaaay cleaner than most Still not good enough for them So for the money its a decent place to live but beware of all the fees they will charge you and the rules you must follow But not get important stuff fixed like your apartment FLOODING One way sided but I guess thats what you sign up for when you rent Good riddance more ... hide ...

I had some visitors and some wreckless careless driver almost ran over my friends son while he was tryin to talk to his mother the son was trying to catch up with his mom to give he pizza so she wont be hungry while she went to the hospital This happened on the night of December 4 1045 pm According to the young guy he stated the vehicle just ran over a speed 2022-12-05T16:17:19Z
I had some visitors and some wreckless careless driver almost ran over my friends son while he was tryin to talk to his mother the son was trying to catch up with his mom to give he pizza so she wont be hungry while she went to the hospital This happened on the night of December 4 1045 pm According to the young guy he stated the vehicle just ran over a speed bump an ran toward him he had to rapidly move out of the way He was really upset and the mother was too I mean how could you justbe disrespectful like this I mean that aint right how could they be eating here and have that kind of ridiculous behavior as handling their driving Do they know how to use their brakes where did they get their driving skills from I mean if their tenants here they need to be respectful Have this place patrolled please Also they tend to be loud too Some us tenants need peace we dont want to hear other tenants drama witness what I saw and I even saw more serious problem than what I witnessed I hope that I would be able to explain more and I hope something gets done about this incident more ... hide ...
